Return Eligibility
- In its original condition meaning unused, unworn and in the same condition received returned with original packaging
- All swing tags, return tags and hygiene stickers must not be removed
- Free of makeup, residue, deodorant, washing fabric scents, perfumes etc
- Without damages including damaged caused when trying on
LEMA reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions of our returns eligibility.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery via our returns system. Please be sure to include the original order invoice inside your package so we can identify your return to avoid delays within the return process.
All return requests must be submitted though our returns system. After approval, you will be emailed a shipping label with instructions. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. All returns must meet the conditions in our returns eligibility policy.
We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights to LEMA.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for orders. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at help@shoplema.co.
Exchanges

After an exchange package is received and meets the return conditions, a store credit will be issued.
