Do you offer express delivery?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We deliver to most countries via DHL. There are some areas where DHL does not deliver to. If you are unable to checkout, contact us!

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed in 7-10 working days. If your order is of high value, we may contact you for additional information. For pre-orders, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed (including pre-orders). If an item is no longer needed, feel free to refer to our return policy. We are happy to assist with amending orders up to 6 hours after placed. Please contact us at help@shoplema.co

What if I receive the wrong product?

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Do you offer custom orders?

Pre-Orders

How does pre-order work?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for general purchase. At LEMA, we offer pre-order options for select items that are in high demand or undergoing production. This allows you to secure your desired piece before it sells out.

When will my pre-order be sent?

The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items is provided on the product page. This date is an approximation based on production timelines and may be subject to change. You'll receive updates regarding the status of your pre-order via email, including any changes to the shipping timeline.

Can I cancel or amend my pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We are happy to assist amending orders up to 6 hours after they are placed. Please contact us at help@shoplema.co for assistance. Once an order has shipped, our standard return and exchange policy applies.

What if I pre-order multiple items with different availability dates?

If you pre-order multiple items with different availability dates or items that are in-stock, we will ship your order when all items become available. If you prefer to have your pre-order items ship as they become available, please place separate orders.
